Every peron want to become physical and mentally fit and want to live healthy life style
so here are sme tips if you do these changes in your lifestyle
i am sure you will be live longer life.
so 1st i will show some behaviours that make our health too bad
drinking too much alchol , not exercising, not eating fruits

Do exercise everyday:



exercise keeps your body active throughout the day. so regular exercise is very
helpful for your body and mind. doing daily exercise minimize the following diseases
like Alzheimer's diabetes and some other type of cancer.

Eating healthy Food:


Men continuously working toward a healthier lifestyle. so a better diet plan helps you to 
keep you fit and healthy.
take one food diary and write everything which you eat in your daily life
it will help you to notice of your weakness points.
so women need around 1800 calories in a day and a men need 2400 to 2600
calories if we get more than this calories we'll become  fat.

Sleeping:



sleep is key factor for healthier life style .
Scientist thinks that for healthy lifestyle it is very important to get sleep.
adults should get sleep 7-9 hours and teenagers get sleep 8-10 hours and 9-11 hours
for children. This enough sleep will help you to get up and alert. If you apply this
routine in your life you don't need any caffeine and energy drinks. Sleep also relax your
mind so it is very important for us to get enough sleep for healthier mind.
